Issues that are caused by Spokane Beer Delivery will be corrected at no additional cost to the customer.
Please contact Spokane Beer Delivery at 509-233-4444 if you are unsatisfied with the product that was delivered to you. However:
- If there are no individuals that have valid federal or state license.
- If there are no individuals over the age of 21.
- If nobody answers the door in 10 minutes of our notification of arrival and attempting to contact you via knocking/calling phone.
- Incorrect address resulting in more than 2 miles of driving.
Spokane Beer Delivery will charge a 30% restocking fee on the order total.
